One thing I love about living in New York is exploring new areas and appreciating the beauty that is around, that you have to look past all of the concrete to be able to see. This is the reason why if you have never been to the city and are visiting for three days or so, it is impossible to see all that the city has to offer. Beyond Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the outskirts of Central Park, and downtown, there is a lot in between that you can find and appreciate. There is a lot more color to the city beyond the brick and steel if you look a little closer in those areas as well. Here is a little color from around the city that makes me smile.
